The qualified candidate will provide ongoing Installation and administration support on Cisco products and solutions for enterprise customers. The successful candidate will be involved in both remote and on-site troubleshooting and support of complex Cisco Data Center solutions involving Cisco Routers and Switches. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing technical support, verbal and written communications, and be able to build and maintain a strong relationship with the customer. The qualified candidate will also be required to work with and interact with account executives and other technical resources to insure customer expectations are fulfilled. The successful candidate will maintain their technical proficiency on Cisco products and technologies by continuing to update their knowledge of new technology advances in their area of expertise via formal training, self study, seminars, and other methods. The successful candidate will also have a strong work ethic, be self motivated, be able to multitask and work well in a team environment. The qualified candidate will also be responsible for design and installation planning and support for Customers. The successful candidate will also work with both Service Providers and Data Center Providers to design and develop Networking and Management solutions. Requirements REQUIREMENTS -CCIE Wireless or CCIE R&S with a Cisco Data Center Unified Fabric Support Specialist certification. -BS in Electronics and Communication or Computer Science -5 plus years in Implementing and Troubleshooting Cisco Data Center infrastructure involving Cisco Catalyst 6500 or Nexus products -5 plus years in implementing complex routing solutions involving BGP, EIGRP, OSPF and other routing protocols In addition to the above, at least two of the following qualifications: -2 plus years in Implementing and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Computing -Cisco Data Center Networking Infrastructure Support Specialist certification -2 plus years in Implementing and troubleshooting Cisco Security Infrastructure involving ASA5500, VPN, AnyConnect and other Cisco security products -2 plus years in implementing and supporting Cisco Wireless LWAPP and wireless security solutions CDI is an Equal Opportunity Employerdf-mn
