We are seeking a self-motivated Environmental Scientist to join our team in Jacksonville, FL and become an integral part of our continued success story. This position involves working outdoors.Requirements include BS in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science or other related field and 0-3 years of experience with environmental field sampling and data collection. Good technical writing skills, the ability to successfully multi-task, safety awareness, and a good record and understanding of safe work practices are essential. 40-hour HAZWOPER certification is preferred.
Duties
This position entails field sampling, data collection, field equipment operation, and manual labor associated with remediation activities and other environmental projects.
