Executive Assistant GENERAL OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, scanning, mailing, and filing.
Create and maintain easy access hard copy and electronic filing system.
Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. (Board, Loan Committee and Annual Meetings.)
Maintain and update PC functions for office support.
Support staff in assigned project based work.
Other duties as assigned.
General bookkeeping. Deposits, prepare checks from the Quickbook program.
Coordinate Company?s brochures, website and marketing needs.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the President in scheduling, assignments, and other duties as assigned. Including attending quarterly board meetings and preparing the minutes and packets for each meeting.
Provide support to the Loan Officer/ Underwriting Department.
Assist Loan Servicing and Closing Department with clerical duties or certain projects.
Work directly with the CEO & COO in improving office functions, policies and procedures.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Duties require professional verbal and written skills.
A high school diploma and higher level of education.
5 years office/clerical experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Quickbooks and the ability to type 40 wpm.
