This position involves working outdoors. Position requirements include BS in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science or other related field and 0-3 years of experience with environmental field sampling and data collection. Good technical writing skills, the ability to successfully multi-task, safety awareness, and a good record and understanding of safe work practices are essential. 40-hour HAZWOPER certification is preferred. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with superior communications skills who excels in a team environment.
Duties
This position entails field sampling, data collection, field equipment operation, and manual labor associated with site assessment and remediation activities and other environmental projects.
